How to use:
1. Take a before picture of your face for your own personal comparison. At times it is hard to see changes and progress until you compare your before picture and your current picture. Take both pictures in the same spot and same lighting for a more accurate comparison. After one month, put the two pictures side by side on your phone and compare. That is the best way to see/look for changes.
2. After cleaning your face, apply the vanilla glow face cream. Apply it twice a day; morning and evening. If you are already using the night face cream you can apply the vanilla glow face cream during the day and the night face cream at night. Note that if you skip some days you may not get results. The soap we recommend to be used with this particular cream is the Kojie san soap, but if you cannot get it, use your favourite skin lightening soap. HOWEVER, do not use black soap. This cream does not work well with black soap.
3. Since this face cream has acids/exfoliants, you do not have to purchase an exfoliant for it to work effectively. Use it as it is.
4. ALWAYS use a sunscreen when going out during the day. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Any spf 50+ sunscreen meant for the face will be okay. If you are outdoors for long hours, you have to re-apply your sunscreen from time to time.
5. This has been formulated at with glycolic acid at a skin friendly PH. However, If your skin gets irritated at any point, stop using it immediately and wait for the skin to heal, then start applying it less frequently.
6. Do not apply on broken skin eg if you have a cut, scratch or rash or raw pimples.
7. For the first month DO NOT combine it with other creams/lotions etc Just use it on its own after cleaning your face. This will allow you to see how it works on its own. Also some skincare ingredients when combined cause issues. So in short….. do not mix it with anything. It works just perfectly on its own as it is. If you are to include serums eg retinol serum, vitamin c serum… etc do so after using this cream consistently for one month and if you do so, watch out for irritation.
8. In case of any irritation or discomfort while using the product, stop using it immediately and seek medical help if it escalates.
9. Keep away from sunlight and heat. Keep in a dark cool place eg inside a drawer. Sunlight and heat destroy the potency of your product and it will stop working.
