STRICTLY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

Shixglow deals with skin care products and as such no returns are acceptable. Once an order is placed, we immediately start working on it. This means we can NOT cancel or delay an order once its made nor adjust the price in any way. 

We kindly urge you to double check all items in your cart before checking out. Also kindly make sure that you double check your address and phone number to ensure that they are correct.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds can only be issued out if the item is out of stock or if it is missing from your order.
