Shipping Policy

 

International Orders

All orders start been processed as soon as they are received and they are dispatched to the courier service within 1-3 BUSINESS days. Business days means excluding weekends and public holidays.

DHL mostly delivers within 2-5 days internationally unless there are flight delays, customs delays etc. 

  1. Shipping is available to ALL countries in the world apart from Spain.
  2. Shixglow is not responsible for any customs duties that a client may be required to pay when collecting the package
  3. We ship all international shipments via DHL which is usually super fast and efficient. Tracking number and usage are instructions sent to the email  that you provided after order has been sent. Therefore, kindly make sure you use an email you have access to and a real email not fake email. There may however be delays on dhl side due to weather conditions, flight delays etc. So if you place an order with us exercise patience and take note of other factors beyond our control that may delay your order. 
  4. Double check your phone number and address. Shixglow shall not be liable to orders sent to a wrong address that you provided. Please do not write a fake phone number or email on your shipping address because DHL may need to call you or email you. If they can not get you after trying to call you severally, the shipment is destroyed by them after one week and we shall not be held liable for that. 
  5. Shipping information can not be changed after an order is made. This is because we start working on orders as soon as we receive them and at times they are dispatched on the same day.
  6. However if you made a mistake in your shipping address, you can call the nearest DHL office in your country and tell them to change it for you IMMEDIATELY you receive your tracking number and they will happily do so. 
  7. If you live in a neighborhood which is not secure, or if you know you will not be home at the time of delivery or if you know no one will be home to pick the delivery, you can request DHL to hold the package for you in their office and you go collect it from there. DHL also sends you updates on the progress of your order and you can also log onto their website to know the estimated day and time when your order will arrive so that you can plan accordingly. Please do this as soon as you get the tracking number in your email. Please note we shall NOT be liable for any orders that are stolen from your porch/ front door area after been delivered by DHL. 
  8. Please kindly note we do not ship orders faster because a client is travelling somewhere and needs it urgently etc etc. If you plan to travel please kindly order early. We shall not ship any orders in a rush based on clients' demands. They shall strictly be shipped as per the processing time indicated above. So kindly take note of that. If you would like,  DHL can re-route the package to the destination you are going to and this is of course at an extra charge which you will personally have to pay to DHL. 
  9. Any orders returned back by DHL because they are unable to reach you/ you gave a wrong/fake phone number, or email are immediately destroyed by our customs agencies upon arrival back in our country. We do not take back cosmetic products even if they have not been opened. DHL will attempt to call you many times if there is something they need to clarify about your address. If they do not get you on phone, they email you and also notify us to email you and again if you do not reply, the package is destroyed. Point is, it is your responsibility to make sure you give the correct contact info and collect your order as soon as it arrives. DHL does not keep shipments longer than one week. After that, they are destroyed. We do not refund at all if an order is destroyed by DHL or by our customs authorities when it is sent back. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS VERY CAREFULLY.

 

 

Local Orders

     

    For local orders delivery is Approximately 1-3 BUSINESS days  from the time you make the order).BUSINESS days means excluding weekends and public holidays. We use Strictly use Fargo courier only for local orders. 

    Please read section 16 &17 on the FAQ page for further guidance/Information on local orders. 

    Please note we do not ship orders faster because a client is travelling somewhere and needs it urgently etc etc. If you plan to travel please kindly order early. We shall not ship any orders in a rush based on clients demands. They shall strictly be shipped as per the processing time indicated above. So kindly take note of that.

    If for any reason the rider is unable to reach you on phone when he has arrived at the agreed upon location and on the agreed upon time, then the rider shall have no option but to return the package to the Fargo courier office and you might be required to pick it from there yourself.

    Therefore, kindly please ensure you keep the phone nearby at the time that you scheduled for delivery to avoid any inconveniences and to ensure timely delivery of products.
