Shipping policy

 

International Orders

All orders start been processed as soon as they are received and they are dispatched to the courier service within 2-3 days.

1. Shipping is available to ALL countries
2. Shixglow is not responsible for any customs duties that a client may be required to pay when collecting the package
3. We ship all international shipments via DHL which is super fast and efficient
4. Double check your phone number and address. Shixglow shall not be liable to orders sent to a wrong address that you provided. 
5. Shipping information can not be changed after an order is made. This is because we start working on orders as soon as we receive them and at times they are dispatched the same day.

Local Orders

For local orders delivery is next day delivery (Approx. 24 hours  from the time you make the order).

Please make a note in your order on the time you wan the order delivered

If for any reason the rider is unable to reach you on phone when he has arrived at the agreed upon location and on the agreed upon time, then the rider shall have no option but to return the package to  me (the seller) and you will be charged additional delivery fees.

Therefore, kindly please ensure you keep the phone nearby at the time that you scheduled for delivery to avoid any inconveniences and to ensure timely delivery of products.
