Return Policy
- All sales are final. No returns, No exchanges, no refunds and no cancellations are accepted.
- We are unable to accommodate product changes, cancellations or exchanges, as well as any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed. However, if you made a mistake on your address, after you receive your tracking number you can contact DHL to change it for you. Please note you may be charged an extra fee by DHL for change of address, especially if the address you provided is far from your initial address.
- We do not have the ability to combine or split orders, add discount codes or products, or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses after we have already shipped out your order.
- Unauthorized returned packages will not receive a refund or store credit.
Customs Tax/ Customs Fees
- Please note shipping fees DO NOT include and are not the same as customs fees. Some countries charge customs tax fees and some do not. Please contact your relevant customs authorities for more information on this. Customs fees are your sole responsibility as the buyer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us within 2 days of the order been delivered if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 2 days, we can not assist you. Contact us at customercare@shixglow.com
We only replace items if you receive the wrong items. Should this happen, contact us and provide us with your order number, photos of the items, and name of the product so that we can issue store credit or replacement.
Since our products sell out quickly, we can not guarantee that the item you want replaced will be available at that time. In case the item is not available, we shall issue you with store credit and not cash refund.
We take great care in packaging your products and even bubble wrapping them. However the products may have to be inspected by customs officials in your country who may at times not seal them properly or they may be mishandled by the shipping couriers. In case your order arrives leaking/ damaged or is lost please file a claim with Route which is our insurance provider. This only applies if you included Route insurance at checkout. They will require photos of the product and the packaging exactly as you received it, so do not throw away anything (the packaging material including the flyer). Send all that to them in pictures when filing a claim.
The insurance is optional. That means that if you remove the insurance from your cart then you are not covered and neither Route nor shixglow can help you if item gets damaged in transit.
Cash refunds for damaged items can only be issued out if the item that is to be replaced is out of stock for more than 3 weeks.
Shipping Prices
- Our shipping and processing charges are intended for order processing, handling, packing of the products you purchase, and delivering them to you. Shipping rates are based on real carrier rates and vary depending on the products ordered and destination. To determine your specific shipping cost, you must add the items your cart, input your address and calculate shipping rates.
- Please note shipping fees do not include customs fees. Some countries charge customs tax fees. Please contact your relevant customs authorities for more information on this. Customs fees are your sole responsibility as the buyer.
